This is to assess how well the ULB responds to citizen’s complaints and resolve complaints within stipulated SLA.

Qualification:

Number of complaints should be equal to 0.05% of the population

Formula:

If a city/ULB qualifies, then their score will be calculated using the below formula:

% complaints are resolved within SLA (Service Level Agreement) time frame = (No of complaints resolved within the SLA- No of complaints re-opened) / No of complaints received in the ULB

Based on the % obtained, the score will be calculated out of maximum 100 marks

MONTH TOTAL COMPLAINTS RESOLVED COMPLAINTS WITHIN SLA RESOLUTION Percentage AGENCY RESPONSIVENESS FACTOR

This is to assess how well the ULB responds to citizen’s complaints with respect to yellow spots and resolve within stipulated SLA.

Qualification:

No Qualification required.

Formula:

The cities score will be calculated using the below formula:

% complaints related to OPEN URINATION ‘Yellow Spots’ are resolved within SLA = (No of Yellow Spot complaints resolved within the SLA - No of Yellow Spot complaints re-opened / No of Yellow Spot complaints received in the ULB

Based on the % obtained, the score will be calculated out of maximum 100 marks

MONTH COMPLAINTS RESOLVED WITHIN SLA TOTAL FEEDBACK POSITIVE FEEDBACK HAPPINESS FACTOR

This is to assess citizens’ satisfaction on resolved complaints by the ULB.

Qualification:

In order to qualify for scoring, the number of complaints should be equal to 0.05% of the population

Formula:

If a city/ULB qualifies, then their score will be calculated using the below formula:

Positive Citizen Feedback on resolved complaints (Citizen Satisfaction on Complaint Resolution) = No of positive feedback on complaints resolved / No of complaints resolved in the SLA

Based on the % obtained, the score will be calculated out of maximum 100 marks

MONTH TOTAL REGISTRATION ACTIVE USER USER ENGAGEMENT

This is to assess number of active users on Swachhata App/Local App

Qualification:

In order to qualify for scoring, atleast 1% of population should have been registered in order to get marks. If not, the city/ULB will be automatically disqualified and marks allotted will be ‘Zero’.

Formula:

If a city/ULB qualifies, then their score will be calculated using the below formula:

Number of Active Users on Swachhata App/Local App (integrated with Swachhata App) = Active User / Number of Registrations

Based on the % obtained, the score will be calculated out of maximum 100 marks
